Where do you get your products from?
We selectively acquire products when our industry partners decide it's time to liquidate unsold inventory. That's why we have a limited supply and a wide variety of selection. Typically once we sell through our inventory it is gone forever.
Are your products new or used?
Brand new! Everything we sell at HVAC Clearance is brand new, unused and unopened. Never used, refurbished or damaged in any way.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! We will warranty your purchase with a 60-day money back guarantee, or a substitute product (if available). Besides our own 60-day warranty, some of our products may also comes with a warranty direct from the manufacturer. We recommend that you contact the manufacturer to see if your purchase qualifies for their warranty.
Who do you use for shipping?
We use UPS Ground for most of our shipments. Depending on the size and weight of the product, we may also ship using a freight carrier (FedEx Freight, A. Duie Pyle, Old Dominion, etc.). Occasionally USPS or another method may be used. Shipping is always free!
Where do you ship product to?
We can ship anywhere in the Continental United States. We do not ship internationally.
How long until I receive my order?
We ship most orders within 1 business day. Ground shipping typically takes between 1-5 days. Most of our customers receive their orders in about a week. Any order shipping via a freight carrier will take an extra 2-3 days. Tracking information will be provided when your item ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy on all items we sell. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us and we will accept your return and issue you a full refund.
